Our Mandate
- Promote well-being, unity and mutual support among current students and alumnae by fostering a caring, inclusive and responsive community.
- Champion initiatives that strengthen lifelong connections, provide meaningful support during significant life events and periods of need, and foster a culture of compassion, dignity, solidarity and collective responsibility.
What We Have Worked on So Far
- Defined the Committee’s role and mandate in fostering a culture of care, compassion and collective responsibility across the St. Francis community.
- Engaged the wider alumnae community through surveys to identify priorities and initiatives of interest to Association members, helping inform future welfare programming.
